Great fun with this project.
Designed for a young energetic family on an existing modest lakefront footprint. Features great access to the outdoors and timber frame elements with space for an eclectic art collection and repurposed architectural ornaments. A wonderful blend of modern design and timber craftsmanship. Skillfully executed by Brinkman Construction.
On a beautiful stretch of sandy shoreline, these two new cottages were designed to replace traditional rental cabins at a family run lodge. With all the modern conveniences and comforts, the new cottages are detailed with fireplaces, beach house style interiors and beautiful landscaping (by Gray Landscape).
JACK'S
LAKE LODGE
Beautifully nestled into the granite shoreline and screened from the lake by foliage, this replacement cottage was designed for lakeside family living. The main floor living spaces are comfortably sized and open concept. The master bedroom, on the main floor, overlooks the lake and has direct access to the lakeside deck. An upper loft is open to the great room and offers views to the lake beyond. Totalling 3 bedroom, plus loft, with 2 full bathrooms and separate mud/laundry room in a sleek package under 1800 sq ft.
