The Beach House (approx 800 sq ft) features an upper sleeping loft, overlooking the living space below. The main floor, with private bedroom and separate bathroom, is totally accessible (via a landscaped ramp and side deck).

The Lake House (approx 1400 sq ft) offers an open concept main floor with a screen room and side entry. Three bedrooms, a main bathroom and a small gallery, overlooking the lake, occupy the upper floor.
